Non payment of accounts

I have been trying to get answers from them about my accounts which they are suppose to be paying, when I phone I get the following messages from the reception finance is not in don't know when they will be in admin can't help me because my file is with finance and they are waiting for it. Finance is not in the same building as the admin department. finance don't not have phones so I can't not go through to that department. when I ask to speak to the owner I am also told they are not in

This as been going on now for months but every month they draw the money off my account

I have now been handed over to lawyers in regards to my accounts that have not been paid
