Local Debt Mediators - **********

Total **********!!!! They spoke on the phone regarding debt mediation ( Not review), got me to accept a debi check on my account. Never sent any documentation. I then advised them I do not want to use thier services yet for two months they still take R1500/month off my account. I call them to stop it. The staff are so rude and unproffesional and just ignore the request. the banks hands are tied cause its a debi check. Surely this is ******* and some sort of steps can be taken.... special place in hell for the people that work at LDM in Cape Town
