I regret trusting Local Debt Mediator (LDM)

I have this LDM as my mediators, I'm paying through them. I have paid money to them to remove the flagging of which they say it takes 6 to 8 weeks. I'm in the 8th month and nothing has been done about my case. I regret paying my thousands to them and still have my name flagged.
