faulty products and no refund and had the nerve to write to me that I am claiming referring that I'm a ****

I purchased 2 loc8r watches for my kids and paid R3000 for the pair. FROM the first month it started giving numerous problems..iv been emailing shaun since day one..wen I finally went on Facebook to ask for a refund I was accused of lying even though I sent them all the emails with the listed problems. .their attitude sucked.im a single mother...even though their watches gve me so much problems thy treated me like some ******** with no respect..thy received my watches back cos I insisted thy check for themselves..it's been 4 months and nobody is responding to my email and I think thy now blocked me on Facebook without refunding my money.
