*****ing money for no service given

So I stumbled on the website of loansunlimited while browsing on my phone. The offer said free, so I signed up, only to realise they are now deducting R449 the first month and then R149 thereafter for 12 months. I've tried to cancel it as I don't use their services, and they don't offer me anything. Seriously? They didn't even explains fine print when signing in online. I'm so furious and they stay quiet.
