I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!

Hi, I recently got debited from my bank account from a company i do not know. Never spoken too or even heard of. Without anything being processed or any loans being taken out by me, I have just had a notification that an amount of R449 had been debited from my account. This is just pure BS and I would like you to help me get my money back. I have contacted them but got through to voicemail. Their numbers ***
