Handed over for money for unknown reason

I received an email from CreditPro on 31 August 2017 saying that it is a First Demand on my account that was handed over by Loan SA. I have never took a loan from loansa . The email had an attachment with the banking details of where i should deposit the money I 'owe'. It does not say how much i 'owe' though, which is very confusing. I emailed back this creditpro company and asked them not to email me because I have no idea what they are talking about. they responded saying it is loan sa that i owe and each time they are responding to my email they are charging R9,00. Please assist me.
