******** debit order, despite notice of termination

Loans unlimited has been a pain in my back for the past year. I have gone over and above to ensure that as a consumer I bring my part, I give sufficient notice to terminate my service, then still getting debited, on top of bringing it to the attention I have to take my time and collect my bank statement, sending it to them. I am disgusted by their inability to do their work. I have seeked legal advise from legal aid, and I am going to ensure that they employ adequate stuff and stop doing ******* debit orders.
