Unfair Debit

I tried to apply for a loan at Loans Unlimited a while ago, but was declined by them. Now why was there a payment of R 397 deducted from my account??? This is absurd! I did not sign any documents or received any form of communication saying that I was approved! I mean, I don't even know the amount I was supposedly approved for! And I did not submit any documents as I was declined on the first stage of the process. I still received an email from them saying I was declined! This needs to be resolved and the funds returned immediately! Contact me ASAP
