Unauthorized debit orders on my account - I want my money back

I noticed that debit orders are going off in my bank account and I have never contacted these people or have never taken a loan from them. If you contact any of the numbers on the website: ********** or ********** or 021 ********** it only goes over to voice mail with a lady requesting you to leave a message. This voice recording is in a strange English accent as well. Please help me to make contact with them so that I can get my money back from them.
