taking money out my account without my permssion

I did an application to apply for a loan and then someone calls me asking me for my I'd number and details and when he called I told him to cancel the application and he ok he cancelled!i got money taken off my account from your company loans unlimited without my concent and plus I canceled everything!I want that money back in my account or I'm going to the newspapers about your company and naming everyone involved plus I will go to whoever I can to tell all how you took money out my account without my permission and I cancelled everything!this isn't the first time people have complained about this loans unlimited!as you have taken money out peoples account without permission!!!its ***** and I will be opening a case of theft if this isn't resolved!I want my money back!!!!!!I wil go as far as I must go!!!!trust me!!!
