Stop *****ing money

I would like to know how can a company that offers loans get hold of a pensioners banking details and for the last 4 months keep on taking off a amount of R149.90 every month, I have gone on your website to cancel but to no avail can you do that you are pathetic that you *****ing money from a pensioner I would like ASAP for you to pay the 4 months of R149.90 back to my 80 year old Mother or you don't leave me the option to go to CARTE BLANCHE with this because YOU ARE *****ING PEOPLES MONEY.
