Really posses off!!!

The Platinum Club and loans unlimited just debited my account for the amount of R449. I did try to apply for a loan not knowing that they will take money from my account. They have also sent me an email stating my contract and debit mandate form is attached which wasn't attached when I browsed through. Can someone please help me? And is there any way which I can get my money back
