R350 debit

I received an SMS notification from my bank saying that R350 was debuted by this loans unlimited ********. I had not taken out any loan with them but they were able to debit my money. How can I get hold this company's billing department? I want them to remove me from their database and stop debiting from me.I want my money back!!!
