Money *****ers!!!!

I did a enquiry at loans unlimited for a loan, they could not help me and I did not receive any money from them. R449 went off from my bank account, and its not even my payday yet as I stated on my application form. On their website they have a customer care line number, ***, according the website they are open form 8h00 but up till now there is no answer at this number? I think this company is a **** that ***** money from people. I want my money back by the end of today.
