Loans unlimited *****

Went on the website to see if i can take a short term loan and decided against it but R450 was deducted directly of my bank account and two months in a row after that R150.I despute the debit orders and R600 of the R750 in total could not be reversed as i received a notification that there was a sighned agreement. I did not authorise anything on my bank acount. Can you assist me with this matter as i am sure that i am not the only victim
