Loans unlimited Cancelled Subscription Debit order

Unhappy I was looking for a Loan and came across Loans unlimited, they said that the intiation fee is R339 to be able to use Loans unlimited and I immediately said no and called the contact centre to cancel the subscribtion I confirmed with the consultant 2 times that its cancelled and no debit order will be taken and she confirmed yes, to my Suprise R449 has been taken from my account, I want my money back from Loans unlimtied immediately or I will go to my Lawyers Please sort this out
