Debits on my account

I don't have a loan or product with loans unlimited however yesterday a debit order went off my account for R370 as a debit from loans unlimited. I have no idea where they got my information and I have never taken out a loan with them. I have tried contacting them on 3 different numbers however they are all on voicemail. Please assist.
