Debited my account for using their website

A while back I saw an advert online stating they do loans apply online...I app**** which lead to the biggest nightmare ever.This company poses itself as a website which does loans yet all they done was debit R397 ********ly from my account.The banking details were asked to process the application and nowhere on the website does it plainly state that it will cost R397 for just applying.The debit was successful in September and I had no idea they took the money until I pulled a statement 2015/11/13.This is ***** and **************** because they should have stated the cost boldly and needed a confirmation yet when I finally got their numbers they sent me back a list of terms and conditions.Payments must not be hidden in terms and conditions it must be a prompt asking for confirmation of payment.This hidden fee is ******* from people looking for money.White collar crime and I will not rest till i get my hard earned MONEY BACK!!! I will continue to spread the word about this website because this is the same as pick pocketing somebody yet they get away with it whilst other people are behind bars.The attitude I received from Sharon at Loans unlimited was unbelievably inconsiderate
