debit without consent

My husband has app**** on the site thinking he was applying for a loan. But could not complete the registration for some reason. He tried a few times. His account has been debited by platinum club even though he did not agree to become a member. When calling the helpline they insist he app****. We are extremely unhappy about this as the money they have taken was meant for other use and we do NOT want to be a menber of this club.
