Debit of bank account for no reason

I app**** to Loans Unlimited for a loan in July. I was promptly charged a non-refundable fee of R350-00 and informed that the the loan was declined. Following queries I was then told that I now belong to The Platinum Club Club. The website is also of no help and I constantly get a voicemail service whenever I call. I now find my bank account has been debited for R109-00 for no apparent reason. What is my recourse here and how do I recover my money.
