Account debited after cancellation email sent

I am so furious with these people after i cancelled that membership within hours after founding out that i have to pay R350 for nothing on the 10th of June still but they still deducted money from my account for what reason, i want my money back as soon as possible from them what are my accounts suppose to do now with no money in the bank
