LOANS SA , A **** ?????

<p>1 and a half years ago approximatly I app**** for a personal loan to see if I qualify , and although I got the news that I did not qualify for the loan , I started getting emails a while after that stating that Loans SA requires me to pay an amount of R1350.00 for arguments sake ( I caanot remember the exact amount required). I then ignored it , as I cannot pay for something I never received. I then started receiving emails from Lifestyle Legal stating that I should pay R425.00 a month or a Court Summon wil be summoned against me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I paid once , scared of being summoned as I have never before received such an email, missed once month ( after which they did no follow up with me to remind me to pay) and this morning I received a email stating that I should pay R850.00 in 24hrs or a court summon will be made against me to appear in court.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reference they gae me to use , looks to me like and ID number reference and the reference nr is ********** 349863 ********** 349863 , but my id nr starts with 940820.....?</p> <p>How can they make you pay for a service or money that you never received? I am scared , intimitaded and confused , anyone else that is in my shoes at the moment? </p>
