I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT

I tried to find a loan..but did not borrow from them but have a debit order of r395 from my account...how the hell??shouldn't permission be given to have debit orders deducting monies from ones account.and I never even made the loan\??? ref no=LFSA180223NAEDO DR1
