BAD ATTITUDE AND UTTERLY RUDE

i have app**** for a loan at this company - I have only managed to get all the documents required today and sent it off, but the consultant was so uttely rude telling me that the application was done 2 months ago he don't know if the offer was still available, I asked him to check for me trying to explain to him that I work as s consultant and have difficulty getting all the info as requested but I managed to get it, he said he is not interested and will not even help me, he was utterly rude. The call was made at 13:02 and 13:15. I have never experienced such rudeness, even telling me his superiors would laugh at me cause he waited so long. HOW UTTERLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
