Loan approved but not paid after R7300 fees paid to company

Good day

I have tried to procure a R50 000 loan with this company and clear my ITC record at the same time. They assisted me well enough when I had to pay attorney fees for R4800 and a further R2300 for the Loan to clear in my account. This process has been ongoing for more than a week and a half. I'm am now at the end of the month. Still no loan despite it having been approved by Thursday 27 April 23 already, and now I'm a further R7100 out of pocket. They read all the messages I send them bur since I made the last payment I have yet to receive a response regarding the funds. Please can somebody assist in this regard. I either need a refund on the funds paid already or the loan to show in my business account immediately.
