WORST service I have ever received

Received an email to say that they are going to hand me over to issue a Letter of Demand. When trying to phone their offices at 08:00 in the morning as per their NORMAL WORKING Hours, I only get trough before 13:00. then when I tried to make payment arrangements, I have been told that they do not make payment arrangements, WHAT TIPE OF COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT TO PHONE ME!!! I have not even received any accounts, just a warning email??? What type of company doesn't allow a person to make a payment arrangement. I am so disgusted with your company I do not even have words to describe it.!!!!!! You guys gave the worst service ever and not that I even CONSENTED TO ANY SERVICE of your company... <br> <br> I need answers from your company and do not want to wait UNTIL MY \ACCOUNT"is even higher.
