I cannot believe that an ************ company like this can be allowed to trade under the CPA Act. They mislead consumers into entering agreements with them through their cleverly crafted website and then proceed to send numerous letters of demand and basically bully you into paying them for absolutely no service delivered!! When trying to speak to any manager and/or supervisor of the company you are blocked by their very rude and unprofessional call centre staff. Their legal team then proceed to further harass you with threats of legal action. We have sent letters of complaints to the company as well as their legal team and no response. It is as if you are communicating with a robot and the company is set up in such a way that no personal contact, except for inept call centre staff, are engineered to keep the owners and/or managers well clear of unhappy consumers. Obviously unhappy customers are something they are accustomed to and not at all worried about.7
