Unauthorized debits

I app**** for a loan online. Next best thing I know debits of R395, R99 and R400 was deducted from my account starting July. I did not sign up for amounts to be deducted. Not one consultant called me and done an online application. Then I received a FINAL NOTICE letter from Lifestyle threatening me with a court summons.
