Unauthorised Debit order of R429.00

This morning (26 February 2016) an amount of R429 was deducted from my account. I have not signed any documentation which was agreed that money should be deducted from my account. I asked one of your consultants this morning twice to send me the agreement, i gave her my email address and she has not send it which means this whole thing is *****. This inconvenience caused by your organisation has procrastinated my life plans. I therefore want to terminate this service and obtain my refund and I want to cancel my application. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN
