Terrible Service - DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THEM

14 October I completed the online form as I was looking for a loan to do home renovations. I received the forms etc from the company which I did not complete. I phoned them a few days later and said thanks but no longer need your service as I obtained a loan from the bank. Today however they debited my account. I called the call centre and spoke to Jamie. She wanted the exact details of when I called (including the number I called from). I started to explain that would not be possible seeing that we use premi cells and there is no way I can tell which number I dialed out from. She then said that without it she cannot help. At this point I did lose my temper with her. I said that I would have the bank reverse the debit order after which she threatened me by saying that I would be listed on ITC. I asked to speak to a supervisor and instead of transferring me, she put the phone down in my ear. PLEASE PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
