shocking non existing - service - yet my account was debited

I reviewed my bank statement and i saw the above mentioned ******* debited my account for some strange reason, to date i have yet to recieve any assistance or product or services from LOAN TRACKER SA.

I then called to follow up why this amount was taken/ ****** from my account and i was told for telephonic services ,

I told this very rude Timothy ( a so called customer care agent - who has no business working in customer anything) that no service or product was given to me - so why was the account debited. I then asked what was the policy to cancel and was told i am unable to do so

Really 350 maybe a small figure to most but how can a company take ones hard earned cash for no reason

Its beyond me - the world should know these people are NOT LOOKING TO PEOPLE IN NEED.
