**** COMPANY AND IM GOING TO CLOSE IT DOWN

Loan tracker is a ridiculous company!!! And is a ******* /**** trying to make money of poor people that need help, on their website they say the Service is free, to try and get the people into the **** contract of 24months, I've received final demand letter from them( sec 129) for the payment of the service they have never offered, I have requested them to help me get a loan as they claim on their internet the service is free, until today I didn't get the assistance from them but they claiming that I should pay them R420.00 and R99.00 a month * FOR WHAT?????* FOR WHICH SERVICE????* They won't get a cent from me!!!!! And I want to let them know, I know my legal rights, (1) they using false marketing by claiming their loan finding service is free, and also according to their point 11.3 of their T&C's, they claiming to be compliant according to CPA(Consumer protection Act) But what about rights such as: no 6 of the CPA-FAIR AND HONEST DEALINGS( Unfair tactics was used to recruit people into believing that loan finding service is free) And again no 6 of the CPA -FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE MARKETING (Consumers are automatically entered into the credit agreements) well not according to CPA
