Refund

<p>I have recently cancelled my subscription to Loan tracker S.A and have settled my balanace in full. After the balance has been settled Loan Tracker SA stikl went ahead and handed my account over to a debt recovery agency even after numerous amounts of proof of payment has been sent through. The matter escalated as far as threats to be blacklisted. I have also seen that I have made an overpayment to the final bill which is not by much but I would need to have a refunded due to the trouble and stress they have put me through and refuse to let this go. I have sent them numerous amounts of emails regarding this and have recieved no response. I have even contacted the debt recovery company Lifestyle Legal but they have not responded to me either. I would also need information on the damage this has done to my credit file.</p>
