Loan Tracker SA - *******!

In April 2016 I used the services of Loan Tracker SA. The initial fee was deducted off my account and every month after that the monthly fee was deducted. At the end of this month August 2017 I sent an email informing them that I would like to cancel my agreement with them to which I received a response within 1 hour informing me that I still owed them money and was to pay within 20 days or they would take legal action against. I duly paid the amount outstanding, provided them with proof of the payment and low and behold they deduct a further month's installment from my bank account. They have not rep**** to any of my emails and when you call the number there is no answer.
