Loan tracker SA, Ripping people off

I am in desperate need of Help,

Loan tracker has deducted money from my account, when i called them the agent arrogantly told me that it was a complementary service hidden in the terms and conditions whilst i was applying for a loan,

i do not recall at all applying for their services and now i cannot do anything about it,

this is so unfair as a citizen, how many more people do they *******??

Word of advice never ever apply for anything from these guys, don't even visit their web pages

Please help
