LOAN TRACKER SA RIDICULOUS

I wanted to apply for a loan with loan tracker, and I filled my details online and I did not complete filling my details, so then I did not even receive any loan from them but this morning on the 26 February when I woke up I realized that R429.00 + R399.00 is been deducted from my account, what is surprising is that they did not deposit anything to my account but they now deducting, if they are deducting at least I could have received something from them before they deduct my money.
