LOAN TRACKER SA - JUST WANTS MONEY - DO NOT HELP CLIENTS

Never ever use this company when you need help, because they do not help you at all. They DO NOT HELP YOU. THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN anything that is written on their papers and then a few months later you get a court order for not paying their bill. But firstly you do not receive a bill.

You don't even know what is the amount that you are suppose to pay!! Then you get a Court Order and you r Name get Black listed.

You try to phone them on this number: ***. The number rings and a LIFESTYLE LEGAL answering machine answers, then plays music and just after a minute you get cut off. You do not get to make arrangements with no one, because you cannot get through.

You send E-mails to: ********** get a Ticket number saying they will respond within 24-48 hours. This never happens, because you get another threatening letter.

Then one day out of the blue a lady called Natasha/Letasha ( ********** 121) phones to make arrangements for payment. You try to speak to this person and gave her instructions for payment, but she never does it. This lady is so rude and you must listen to her, but she do not listen to me as a client. TOO A POINT THAT YOU AS THE CLIENT START TO SCREAM AT HER ON THE PHONE!!!!

This company do not help people, they just want money from people that are already struggling.

PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL!!! THEY ARE NOT HELPING AT ALL!!!!
