Loan Tracker sa is a Disgrace

<p>Below is my full story of what I sent to loan tracker sa as well as lifestyle legal.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1st of March 2016 I recieved an email welcoming me to Loan Tracker. You asked on that email for me to print the attachment, complete the application, sign the forms and send it back to you. On that application that was attached my name,surname and ID number was already filled in that was not done by me. I DID NOT SEND ANYTHING TO YOU THAT YOU REQUIRED FROM ME.</p> <p>On the 1st of March 2016 I recieved a email "Purchasing Service Package" again you people requested that I need to send you a certified copy of my ID, two payslips, three months bank statements stamped by the bank as well as proof of address signed by me. It was clear on the same email that if I did not send you the above then the providers cannot proceed with my application. I DID NOT SEND ANYTHING TO YOU THAT YOU REQUIRED FROM ME.</p> <p>On the 1st of April 2016 I recieved a service pack of information from you. I DID NOT REQUEST IT FROM YOU.</p> <p>On the 29th of April 2016 I sent you an email saying that R600.00 was deducted from my bank account which I reversed. I told you to cancel my application with your company as I did not sign up for anything and was not interested in being part of Loan Tracker. I then recieved an email on the same day that you are unable to cancel my application as it falls out of the 7 day cooling off period.</p> <p>On the 29th of April 2016 I recieved another email where you sent me a statement that noted that I owe R1142.00 to Loan tracker, I then requested again to cancel my application as I did not send you any of the required documents or signed anything and was not interested in your services. Again you rep**** that I need to settle me account before cancelling.</p> <p>On the 30th of May I recieved a Termination of mandate and agreement from you where again you told me to pay R1043.00 as stated on the statement. On the mandate and agreement form there are no signature of mine and my name and surname is formatted incorrectly which shows you that I did not complete anything as I would know how to do it correctly.</p> <p>On the 4th of June 2016 I recieved a letter of demand from Lifestyle Legal which stated that I must immediately pay R1303.75</p> <p>On the 20th of June 2016 I recieved a final letter of demand as well as a summons to court. Even after I explained that I will not pay for anything but they do not even respond to my story.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted with this so called company.</p>
