Loan Tracker SA

2 months a debit order was debited from my account for “tracker”. Inwent to my bank where they reversed the debit order of R429. A week ago I received a mail saying it is anletter of demand where I must pay R1500 because of my account in arrears. I called the customer care centre where the consultant informed me that I app**** for a loan on the 15th of June, online on their website. He also mentioned my home address, email adress and ID number. My issue is I never rep**** for anloan. Everything I do financially, I go through my bank.
