If you query their accounting and continuing direct debits they threaten to blacklist you, take court action. A lot of people caught in their **** give up eventually because Loan Tracker and Loan Tracer simply do not respond -- and simply continue taking your money. Theft essentially. Why cant the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud stop them - don't they have the teeth?
