I received an email and SMS from this company that I have never heard of threatening to get me blacklisted for not paying an amount of R1261 that I owe them.this came as a shock to me since I've never app**** for any loan or services from Loan tracker.i called them but they were not willing to assist me all that they told me was that the application was done online, around September last year.what I don't understand is how do they finalize what ever agreement without me signing anything and they never called me to confirm the agreement when I ask if they have my signature or I.D copy on the agreement that they claim I signed they say no, because the agreement was done by accepting the terms and conditions.I have never app**** for anything online let alone puting my account number, please assist me because there's no way I'll pay or get blacklisted for something I have no knowledge of.
