Disgusting service

<p>I am absolutely disgusted in the service that i have recived. My fiance was retenched and we have been struggling financially for the passed year as my salary doesnt cover half of our debt. I was, in desperation ,applying for loans to pay my debts. I app**** for a loan through LoanTrackers SA and loan Finders. All of a sudden on the 22/12/2016 they debit me. The debit order returns as i hadnt been paid and there were no funds. I call Loan tracker and the agent samantha was so rude to me as i didnt know what i was paying for i didnt sign any documents. She put the phone down on me and when i called back again she was even more rude with me. She was short wih me and kept sighing. It felt like she didnt want to help me at all. I email Loan Tracker to cancel everything and all of a sudden i need to pay R978 to cancel for something i didnt want and didnt kow about. My bank acc is now in arrears and i got changed R150 for rejected debit order, i cannot use my account anymore and had to move to a completely new bank ( After being with absa for 9 years). The same thing happened with loan finders but a completely different response i was helped straight away and i was refunded straight away for any inconvience. I dont understand how loantracker can run a business and hire staff that are just there for a salary and they dont care what they say and if they help you. </p>
