debited my account without any agreement R429.00

I wanted to apply for a loan with loan tracker, and I filled my details online and I did not complete filling my details, so then I did not even receive any loan from them but this morning on the 18th of December 2015 when I woke up I realised that R429.00 is been deducted from my account, what is surprising is that they did not deposit anything to my account but they now deducting, if they are deducting at least I could have received something from them before they deduct my money. please assist with this matter.
