Company with no service

I reg in may to see if they can help me till now nothing but they keep telling me i own them. Since i reg not one phone call and not one email not one sms so how can i pay for no service from a company but then you phone them they tell you, you shoud have check the term and cond. And then you tell them you didnt get any service they keep telling you its because you cancel the debit order. They if you tell them how can you pay for no service they stiil tell you you cancel the debit order and then hand up
