Clicking on terms and condition leads to a CONTRACT!!

<p>Looking for an online loan, this site pops up. As per normal, there are terms and conditions, which you need to accept to continue (no-one ever really reads these). In this case? It leads to a binding contract, and authorisation for a 12 month CONTRACT with them, with a debit order included. If you query this, they are soon to point out that this is a legally binding contract, and that you are welcome to contact your lawyer if you want to. No option of free cancellation - only paying a cancellation fee!! Biggest **** site I have ever encountered. No option of a refund - only arrogance and legal references!!</p>
