Charging for services never requested

<p>App**** for a loan on the website, never gave permission to debit my banking account which they did. December 2016, I returned the debit order, now receiving demands for a 12 month i supposedly purchased with them. i never signed any documentation for a contract or giving them permission to debit my banking account, I was applying for a loan on line and not a contract for any other services. Loan Tracker is totally misleading with their website as when you apply for a loan on line, the do not say anything about purchasing a contract, no paperwork of such contract was sent to me and then a month after applying i received a demand as i had supposedly bought a 12 month contract from them for other services of which i dont even know what they are. the website appears to be a loan application, but it is not. </p>
