Beware of Loan Tracker

I am very disappointed in Loan Tracker, I app**** online for a loan and did not even complete my application neither did I forward any documentation to them, but this morning 26.04.2018 an amount of R429.00 was deducted. that is theft, I want my money back because I did not even complete my application.
