BAD, BAD, BAD! BAD ATTITUDE - ********** CLAIM TO OBTAIN MONEY FROM CONSUMENRS!!!

I have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA demands I pay them +/- R1600.

They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything, and then they went and obtained my banking details and personal details without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.

Surely the court should look at if this is legal. How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them. I say that Lifestyle Legal, Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law. I have emailed them several time stating my case but they ignore my mails and just send back more threatening mails. I have had a lawyer contact them, they did not even care - THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW!!!

What do I do to stop these ********* from *********** the next person?? I need need signed Documantation as proof in order for me to pay up, otherwise I don't owe anyone anything.

They better get WOKE!
