why billed for an enquiry

Last year in September, went into Google for [URL Removed] but instead the SA loans tracer paged popped up so I thought its not a bad ideas just to enquiry but to my surprise I receive email from them now the worse is that I owe the company money for sending me email, I did subscribed to anything as I immediately left the page. I get email starting that I owe the company never used their services even once always deleting their email unread. Letter of demand are flooding my emails.
